Become Part of the Schollmayer Family!
Our scaffold components are used on almost every construction site in Germany. The typical Schollmayer red of the boards can be seen from afar. We take great pride in having become an essential part of the construction industry in recent years.
We have big plans for the coming years. To achieve these goals, we need the right people on board. Teamwork is our top priority. This can only happen with mutual respect, appreciation, and a passion for wood.
We look forward to receiving your application!
Our Values
Future Orientation & Optimism
Our actions are guided by a positive, future-oriented mindset. With optimism, we are motivated to achieve our vision. We see every challenge as an opportunity for further development. Our glass is always half full, not half empty!
Respect & Openness
Our collaboration is characterized by appreciation and mutual respect. This naturally means expressing criticism when necessary, but equally being open about when something is good. And there's plenty of that with us!
Trust & Honesty
Mutual trust is the foundation of our cooperation. We know that everyone has their area of responsibility well under control, while also keeping an eye on the company's overall goals. We are honest with each other, which means addressing things openly rather than keeping them to ourselves. It takes courage, but we have that!
Collegiality & Reliability
We place great importance on collegiality! Helpfulness, punctuality, and reliability are virtues we expect from our employees, and they foster our sense of community. Therefore, it is important to us to be role models in this regard! Only through mutual support and trust can we achieve our goals together and build a strong team.
